Study On Reform And Compensation Policy Of Wuhan"Village-in-city" Under The Concept Of "People’s Wellbeing"

Governing for the people, people-oriented concept, only the truly implemented to safeguard the people’s wellbeing and improving people’s wellbeing can get comprehensive and specific reflect. Therefore, we should use a historical perspective to look at today’s people’s wellbeing, use the perspective of development to regard today’s renovation of village-in-city compensation problem.The transformation of the village-in-city problem focused on house compensation, compensation policy of house for the people’s wellbeing, how to deal with the problems is a real problem that China is facing now. Take the Wuhan village-in-city transformation as a specific example for analysis, introduced the characteristic and the present situation of village-in-city renovation, and analyzed the gain and loss of compensation policy.
