Salary is an important part of total cost of innovative enterprises,and also the largest single cost item of innovative enterprises' operation cost.Salary has incentive effect,screening effect and influence on employee's enthusiasm.As an important tool for enterprises to carry out strategic management,compensation management plays a very important role in the process of the development of innovative enterprises.How to strengthen the strategic compensation management of enterprises and enhance the innovation ability of enterprises is of great significance to the promotion of market competition ability of innovative enterprises.In this thesis,according to the characteristics of innovative enterprises,starting from the related theories of human resource strategy,summed up the characteristics of innovative enterprise human resources strategy,compensation strategy related theory,establish innovative enterprise strategic compensation system and implementation of A system.In the process of research,the paper with A enterprise as the main case,from the general situation,the characteristics of human resources and the original form of compensation,combined with the analysis of enterprise salary situation,pointed out A targeted problems of enterprise salary structure,and then the problems existing in the design A enterprise strategic compensation system,puts forward the corresponding strategic compensation system construction and implementation strategy.The thesis is divided into seven chapters: the first chapter mainly introduces the significance of the paper selection,the significance of the research,the research content and the technical routes,and the main points of the paper.The second chapter is mainly to the strategic compensation system theory to comb,states the connotation and content of strategic compensation,summarizes the characteristics of innovative enterprise human resources strategy,for subsequent A innovative enterprise strategic compensation study to lay the theoretical foundation.The third chapter mainly studies and analyzes the current situation of salary management of A company,and conducts A comprehensive analysis of the questionnaire survey results.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes A strategic compensation system establishment and implementation of enterprise human resources management present situation,analyzes the actuality of A enterprise strategic compensation,find the strategic compensation problems existing,and its reasons were analyzed.The fifth chapter puts forward the design and implementation plan of A company's strategic compensation system.Combining theory with practice,drawing on the experience of benchmarking enterprises,the paper designs and puts forward the implementation plan for the strategic compensation system of innovation-oriented enterprises.Sixth chapter proposes measures to perfect the innovative enterprise strategic compensation system,from the enterprise management mode,enterprise management process,management content and the enterprise culture construction aspects put forward concrete measures of improving the innovative enterprise strategic compensation system.Chapter 7 research summary and prospect.
