In our country,with the rapid development of the economy,more and more small and medium-sized enterprises emerge,the number is large,and the proportion of all enterprises is very large.They have strong independent innovation,which can not be underestimated for the national GDP,export,employment and technology.However,because of its own business scale and funds and many other conditions,the development and prosperity of small and medium-sized enterprises,while there are many disadvantages in the introduction of talent.In today's society,with the continuous development and progress of science and technology,the competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.If enterprises want to develop,they must rely on human resources.Only by absorbing all kinds of talents can enterprises keep innovating and remain invincible in the process of development.Many large scale companies attach great importance to talent work.So the competition among enterprises is the competition of talents.Recruitment is the only way for enterprises to receive talents,so that enterprises can keep alive.Recruitment is the fundamental guarantee for the survival of enterprises,and it continuously provides talents support for enterprises.In the process of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,in order to survive and sustainable development,the enterprises must pay attention to the recruitment work and actively solve the difficulties encountered in the recruitment work.LF company is a large local,outstanding performance of a private knitting enterprise.In recent years,the scale and business of the company are expanding,and a large number of outstanding talents are urgently needed.The enterprise must enrich the talent team through recruitment.With the deepening and frequent recruitment work,the company's problems in the recruitment work are becoming more and more obvious,which can not meet the current needs of the use of people,seriously hindering the company's good sustainable development situation,the problem is to be solved.Based on the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises and the characteristics of recruitment,this paper takes LF company as an example,and on the basis of the relevant theories of recruitment of small and medium enterprises,analyzes the present situation of LF company's human resources,and finds out the existing problems in the recruitment of the company,and summarizes the problems from the present situation,the existing problems and the improvement of the countermeasures.We should gradually improve the ways and means of recruitment,and put forward the corresponding measures to improve recruitment.I hope this will provide a reference for other SMEs.
