SMEs are an important part of the national economy, more than30years of reform and opening up, small and medium-sized enterprises and the development of the private economy is relatively fast in Jilin Province, although it played a important role in promoting economic development and social stability of Jilin Province, but relative to other developed provinces of China was lagging behind the level, SME development of Jilin Province is also facing difficulties in financing some of the social service system is not perfect, the lack of information, low levels of corporate management, weak competitiveness in the market, the overall quality be improved can not be ignored and evaded and urgent need to solve old problems while facing the pressure of the continuous generation of new problems. Many problems, due to the small scale of SME output, lower capital and technology constitute the constraints of the traditional system and external macroeconomic impact of factors such as large, making Jilin Province, there are small and medium enterprises in financial management with the development and market are not suited to the situation of the economy is becoming increasingly prominent.Based on the status of financial management of SMEs in Jilin Province, this paper pointed out their problems, and further analysis of the deep-seated causes of the problems, use company A as an example to analyze financial management problems, and then proposed countermeasures on this basis.
