Along with the economic transformation and upgrading,talents as the first resource of competition in the market,in an enterprise and even a country's development of continuous increase,the effect of current,global companies have tried to recruit their need of talented persons,especially for small and medium-sized enterprises,and also more urgent demand for talent,so small and medium-sized enterprises would be able to recruit to the enterprise need talent,for enterprise's development has played a vital role.The first part of this article combined with the related literature and theory as the foundation,and the main induction enterprise recruitment effectiveness research status at home and abroad are summarized,and the significance,the purpose of a paper define the small and medium-sized enterprises,recruitment and recruiting effectiveness of these three concepts,and further introduces the recruitment effectiveness evaluation theory,the theory of competency model and man-job matching theory.The second part on the premise of literature review and theoretical basis summarizes the current status of small and medium-sized enterprise recruitment and from planning,channel,the result and cost this four aspects analyzes the effectiveness of recruitment,and also putting forward the factors affecting the effectiveness of the recruitment.Finally,combined with the actual situation of Z company,tracking survey on the current situation of Z company's recruitment analysis,puts forward the problems of Z company in the recruitment and problem analysis,on the one hand,enrich the theory of small and medium-sized enterprise recruitment effectiveness research,for Z company provides theory basis for the improvement of recruitment.On the other hand is to analyze the actual situation of Z company recruitment,found problems in Z company hiring,and targeted to solve the problem.At the same time for Z company's recruitment work puts forward relevant improvement measures,taken as reference to the Z company recruitment work in the future.
