To the end of 2015,China's online shopping has reached 3.8 trillion yuan,and it continues to grow,it is not only an important way of shopping,more become a kind of indispensable way of life.Due to technical limitations of online shopping,consumers cannot learn from the web pages of photos and text into all of the information goods,goods received different from website,the shopping experience is bad compare to physical store,online shopping need new technology to solve these problems.Virtual Reality technology(VR),the 3I characteristics can bring online shopping with real experience,it must be the trend of development of online shopping.Due to the lack of a clear VR development strategy and implementing measures,DP company is in the unclear direction and measures in the field,hindered the rapid development of the enterprise,therefore,suitable development strategy become a problem needed to resolve.In this thesis,through the external environment and DP company's internal environment analysis,Using SWOT tools to analyze the company's opportunities and risks,advantages and disadvantages as well as the four strategic models,DP company should adopt a growth-oriented VR development strategy,rapid market development and increase market share,establish industry leading position,the use of funds,technological advantages,special business model continuing to occupy the market.And also for the implementation of VR development strategies designed to the appropriate safeguards,to make DP company a successful contribution to the VR field.
