Beijing Suburbs agriculture is an important part of urban modern agriculture. On the basis of the deeply research the assessing methods of regional agricultural science and technical innovation ability, employs Microsoft Office Excel 2007 software and spss.19.0 statistical software with Factor analysis method to evaluate and rank their ability of regional agricultural scientific innovative ability. Therefore, it analyzes the agricultural scientific innovative ability of Beijing regions from different aspects and then points out the influencing factor and the constraints which hamper the development.
