Simulation Analysis About Entity Behavior Of Shantytowns Renovation Based On The Evolutionary Game Theory

With the gradual increase of the intensity of the shantytown renovation,the mode of renovation that is implemented only by government,owing to shortage of money,changes in policy and market,can't satisfy the reality needs of expansion about the scope and quantity.Therefore,it is excellent choice that attracting real estate developer cooperating with government takes part in shantytown renovation.In terms of government and real estate developer,both will choose their own policy and behavior to maximize the benefits and minimizing risk cost in the process of renovation.During that course,it will evolve into benefit game that will easily trigger conflict between two parties.How to coordinate benefit game has aroused domestic scholars concern.Former scholars' study have based on subject complete rational hypothesis.However,as a matter of fact,the stakeholder consisting of incomplete rational person can't be completely rational in the process of decision-making.Therefore,this paper chose the evolutionary game theory bases on subject incomplete rational hypothesis and complete information condition to study the behavior of renovation subjects.This study includes three aspects:Firstly,to provide theories base and guidance,this paper states background,research meaning,overseas and domestic research status,methods and contents.It also demonstrates the theoriesand using method applying to this paper.Secondly,this paper aiming at reaching game equilibriumbetween two parties to maximize both sides' interests provides the qualitative analysis for the behavioral game theory.Establishing andAnalyzingtwo groupevolutionary game model in order to obtain income of taking part in shantytown renovation.Usingthe simulation analysis simulate evolutionary game theory correctness and trend of changing in cooperation strategy.To provideprediction theoretical support,this paper combines qualitative research with quantitative research.Finally,to balance the relationship between government and property developers,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to attract social forces and capital to participate in the renovation of shanty townsbased on the qualitative analysis of behavior subject and the analysis of evolutionary game model.
