Balance the relationship among the government, citizens and community enterprises and motivate them to take action.(4)Our view is needed to be broadened to discover and create new patterns of shantytown renovation. Persist in the new pattern of “gradual removal-currency compensation-independent choice” for the renovation.(5) The shantytown renovation of Beijing has entered a new era and it not only requires the concern of the municipal government but also needs the regulation of the nation.
