Research On Patent Map In Cold Chain Technology Of The Logistic Field

As the link between production and consumption,logistics is an important aggregation service industry,which has been supported by the national industrial policies,and has become an important industry and a new profit source of China's national economy.Among them,the medicines and food items,due to storage,transportation and distribution of each link has specific requirements for temperature,they need to be refrigerated and cold chain,cold chain equipment and cold chain technology behind do a serious impact on the development of China's cold chain logistics.In view of the problems in the development of cold chain technology in China,this paper gives some suggestions from the perspective of patent.First,This study collected patents on cold-chain technology in the logistics industry from the State Intellectual Property Office Of The P.R.C,analyzed the development progress in the field from two aspects of patent management map and patent technology map by using the theories and methods of patent map,and drew the patent development trend map,patent distribution map,patent technology life cycle map,International Patent Classification analysis,and two-dimensional matrix figure of technology field-patent applicant for data mining.Through analysing the information of the patent amount tendency from 2000 to 2016,the distribution of patent applicant and IPC,the technology life located,and the relationship of technology field and applicant,reach the conclusion that the patent development of cold chain technology are growing rapidly,has high quality's policy stimulus and optimum market stimulus,and gets a strong R&D support.Combined the characteristics of the EPO?US?Japan's cold chain technology patent number which is on a high amount degree and low growth rate,the paper put forward two aspects: external environment and internal innovation,to solve the problems of starting too late,regional uncoordinated,industrial chain incomplete.Through the situation of cold chain's technology field distribution and amount in foreign country,the paper aiming at these problems that the technology layout in china is not reasonable,some technology field developed mature in foreign country are still in a start stage and the patent amount can't be spared with the foreign country,the paper hold the advice that to plan the overall technology fields and increase the important field's develop speed.
