The Study On Patent Administration Of The Technology-Integrated Innovation In Enterprises

The independent innovation involves original innovation and integration innovation and imitation innovation. For most enterprises in China,integration innovation that bases on technology, market, strategy and organization is more practical than the other two. Technology-integrated innovation is the main form of the integration innovation, which is quite different from original innovation and imitation innovation. The administration of the integration technology patent is also differing from the traditional mode. So, this thesis focuses on the special patent problems during the enterprises' technology-integrated innovation, and brings forward the strategies of the patent administration, that's quite important for the enterprises carrying out the technology-integrated innovation.The objective of this study is to search for the patent administration mode and strategies that fit for the enterprises' technology-integrated innovation, to advance the exploitation and production of the valuable integration technology and then to protect and exert the patent. Then the cluster of integration technology will grow into a commercial tool for the enterprises in the international market, and bring more profits to the technology-integrated innovation.The thesis analyses the necessity of the study on patent administration of the technology-integrated innovation in enterprises firstly. It indicates the five problems in patent administration in these enterprises. Then it discusses the strategies for above problems. It involves the administration of patent information and patent owner and the administration of technology resources and the patent obtaining and patent standardization of technology-integrated. The author deduces the following conclusion: the enterprises must adopt the advisable strategies of patent administration in whole process of technology-integrated innovation for the sake of gaining all-side legal protection. Finally, the author points out the exertion and the commerce is the subsequence direction of this topic.
