Research Of Digital Workshop Modeling And Optimizing Based On Three-dimensional Virtual Simulation

In the past decades,digital workshop and 3D virtual technology have been widely used in manufacturing,but these two techniques haven't reach a good combination.Under the backdrop of the intelligent manufacturing transforming and upgrading,realizing the deep integration of virtual and actual manufacturing and building digital workshop based on 3d virtual simulation is of specially importance.Based on 3D virtual simulation,here we propose a digital workshop construction frame which standardizes and restraints the building of 3D virtual digital plant,describes the main application scenarios thus provides guidance in building the general frame of digital workshop for manufacturing factories.The main application scenarios of 3D virtual digital workshop are put into use in relevant manufacturing companies in order to verify feasibility of the models.3D digital virtual workshop modeling process based on software PostEngineer was put forward then realized in digital workshops of Wu heavy Group.3D virtual modeling and rendering of the reality workshop were achieved by software 3D Max,Lightweight of model and design of animation for essential processes were made in software PostEngineer.A basic procedure for simulating and optimizing the 3D virtual digital workshop based on software Plant Simulation was put forward and realized in precision digital workshops of Victory Group.The planning and simulation on production logistics in software Plant Simulation can improve the utilization of equipment and production capacity by analyzing and optimizing the production line balance and logistics bottleneck.The general frame and application process were put forward and realized in digital workshops of Wu heavy Group.The software platform PostEngineer makes it possible to monitor the production department in real time virtually and shows the workshop in the form of 3D visualization,which means a more convenient and intuitive way to monitor the workshop.Studies on building up the frame of digital workshop 3D based on virtual simulation and applying it into practice in manufacturing company digitization,provide significant guidance when enterprises make an attempt to plan,construct and regulate the manufacturing shop with virtual technology and set up virtual system of digital workshop as well as enhancing the further corporation of virtual manufacturing and actual manufacturing.
