Electric power is mainly a kind of energy driven by electric energy.It has an irreplaceable position in the national energy.The power enterprises are responsible for the social electricity security and continuous supply.It is the solid backing of the national energy security and has an inseparable relationship with the development of other industries.In the past forty years of reform and opening up,electric power enterprises have successively implemented a series of measures,such as integration of electric resources,upgrading and transformation of transmission system,and institutional reform.Under the new energy security strategy of "four revolutions and one cooperation",electric power enterprises are carrying out the dominant reform vigorously.In this important stage,enterprises should not only deepen the spirit of the Central Committee,but also set up a group of backbone cadres with strong professional level and a new concept.This is the backbone of the enterprise's characteristic development.The emergence of performance assessment accelerates the idea.In 2008,H electric power enterprises began to establish and learn from other countries' performance management.However,due to the lack of experience,its performance management system is not perfect,human resources are relatively lost,and the grass-roots units have not been improved accordingly.The new documents issued by the Central Committee require the various units to strictly abide by the distribution process,and the departments and posts should be fully responsible for the return of the personnel,the maximization of the utilization of resources,and the gradual deepening of the performance management.The research method used in this paper is to study the methods of literature,real case analysis and on-site visit,and to explore the management methods and feasibility of employee performance in the new era.Meanwhile,the new mode of employee performance management is reconstructed,and the basic process of employee performance management is reshaped and reproduced.This paper also uses the tools of responsibility indicators and implementation indicators,key performance indicators,and key task indicators,to analyze and examine whether the work ability of the selected target is adapted to the selected department,and the capacity of the Department to the target.The main content of this paper is to discuss the status and background of the performance management of the employees at home and abroad.Under the related theoretical basis,the standards,procedures and current status and methods of employee performance management are expounded.This paper takes the H power enterprise as an example to analyze the performance management of the employees in the power enterprise,and according to the current H power enterprise The existing problems and current situation of employee performance management,based on the improvement of employee performance management of the enterprise,improve the strategy of employee performance management in the company,put forward the implementation suggestions and implementation conditions of H power enterprise staff performance management,sum up the results,and give a relatively reasonable conclusion.
