The Analysis On Financial Risk Of PPP Project And Countermeasure Research

PPP model plays a very important role in the modern financing model.It can reduce public financial press,as well as improve operational efficiency.It is a strategic option for private investors and other institutions.The urban infrastructure construction of government offers a great macro environment for PPP project.In addition to the risk of general project,the risk of PPP project is greater than any other projects.Because PPP project has complicated connections between the internal factors and external environment.Therefore,how to effectively analyze the risk of PPP project is a critical problem to us.The article aims to analyze the classification of PPP project risk,focuses on the financial risk and the reasonable countermeasures.Meanwhile,we can construct the risk analysis model and framework of risk sharing.Through the analysis of PPP project in both domestic and foreign,we share the results they already achieved,and point out the results that need to be improved.We should find out risks facing the PPP project combined with the related knowledge of financial risk.On this basis,we establish the risk control model,with examples to verify the rationality of PPP projects.Finally,we come up with reasonable suggestions to the financial risks faced by the PPP project.
