China's economy blooms in these days, not only survive firstly from economy crisis, but also lead a unique developing way, which provide good opportunity for all industries in China, especially for real estate agencies. To pull the development of the whole country, Chinese government issued sorts of policies to support real estate agencies to help them develop, and it brings not only chances but also challenges. The biggest problem for real estate agencies is the project risk management, which can not only lessen the risk, but also promote the project quality and save cost. A set of scientific project management system is critical to real estate agencies'survive and development.Based on previous Wanda project research, this article analyzes the various problems of Wanda project, not only the external factors, both also the internal factors, respectively from the organization of the project and team, system and scheme, construction management, business management and purchasing management analysis and discusses the major problems of project management, using the research methods, and aiming at various problems with pertinence and maneuverability of the prevention method is proposed, the countermeasure is the combination of theory and practice, many of them come from enterprises for many years practical experience, to manage the project for the construction enterprise provides certain theoretical guidance.
