Application Of Project Quality Management In Chuxiong All Optical Network Construction Project

Based on the concepts and methods of the project management of the system,according to the characteristics of project quality management,quality control work tracking the whole process of design,from the project through the project procurement to project implementation,project acceptance,discusses how to design reasonably,all aspects of effective linkage,close coordination,to ensure the project quality and the amount of completion.This paper uses the PDCA cycle principle of project quality management,that is,the planning stage,implementation stage,inspection stage and processing phase of the project.The principle of PDCA cycle points out that whether it is the quality management of the whole project or the management of a certain quality problem of the project,it is necessary to complete the process from the formulation of the quality plan to the implementation of the organization and implementation.This paper began to clear the entire project construction ideas and solutions from the design,with clearly the specific standard of project quality management,in strict accordance with the requirements for the design requirements of the standard of construction and supervision of the process of the project.Through the combination of theory and practice,the content and characteristics of project quality management are comprehensively and vividly expounded,and the importance and timeliness of project quality management are clarified.In this paper,combined with the current optical networks to promote the enterprise characteristics,analyzes and discusses the status and development of all-optical networks focus to all-optical network construction of Chuxiong Telecom301 Bureau as an example,the project quality management,quality planning,quality assurance,the implementation of all aspects of the implementation of quality control and quality inspection throughout the project.Through the research and practice,and we will implement the project quality management of the modern advanced theory and experience to the communication engineering construction project and the all-optical network construction projects in the organization direction is correct and feasible,but also achieved good results.
