The development of artificial intelligence has entered a new stage in recent years.With the maturity of big data,cloud computing and other technologies,especially the breakthrough in deep learning algorithm,promoting the rapid application of machine learning,computer vision,natural language processing,robotics,speech recognition and other technologies in the service industry.The intelligent development has become a contemporary trend.The development of personal finance business in banks is also inseparable from this topic.G Bank put forward the "Smart Retail" project and the " " Three-year Plan " " in October 2017.Then the Head Office set up a flexible team.Based on the development status of personal finance business,centering on the customers,G Bank gradually improve the personal finance business through the smart retail strategic transformation project.The author fully participate in the "Smart Retail" project,combined with years' work experience in retail sector.First of all,put forward the problems existing in the development of retail business,which are internal operations and financial innovation time-consuming,the unsatisfactory online customer-acquisition,poor customer quality and low bank-viscosity,the pressure from Internet and competition,the quickly changing market demands.Secondly,the reasons for the problems are analyzed as follows: Internet finance squeezes market share,single customeracquisition mode,process should be simplified,insufficient customer demand analysis and poor service experience in customers.Finally,The author designed a Smart Retail application program of G bank's personal finance business: which is to make full use of artificial intelligence AI,to strengthen customer management through the application of Full Customer strategy,to improve marketing efficiency through the Smart Marketing strategy,and to promote customer service effect through Optimal Experience strategy.
