With the steady development and progress of China's economy and society and the improvement of people's living and consumption levels,the properties of products in terms of substance and function can no longer meet the public's Daily shopping needs.Instead,people are more in pursuit of spiritual satisfaction in the shopping process and start to pursue services and experiences in the shopping process.The retail industry plays an extremely important role in People's Daily life and has always existed in all aspects of People's Daily life.Therefore,it has been endowed with greater expectations in terms of service and experience.As an important link between tobacco manufacturers and consumers,the offline tobacco retail industry is also widely expected by consumers.In addition,the rapid development of e-commerce industry has also caused a tremendous impact on the offline retail industry.The development of the offline retail industry has entered the winter since 2015.Put forward the concept of "new retail" 2016 brought a new dawn for offline retail industry,under the guidance of each big commercial giant,based on the "new retail" innovation of retail model have mushroomed emerge,however,due to the particularity of the tobacco industry,tobacco retail industry cannot like other retail industry as rapidly changing operation mode,which can lead to tobacco retail industry has been stalled in the new developments in the field of retail.From the perspective of new retail technology and operation mode,this paper explores the possibility of building a more high-quality and efficient tobacco retail shelf form based on new retail-related technology and mode,so as to provide users with a more comfortable shopping experience and a more smooth shopping process.As to research methods,this paper mainly USES user interview,questionnaire survey and other methods to carry out user demand and analysis,so as to build a user demand map.By analyzing the user demand map,based on new retail-related technologies and patterns,the possibility of meeting user demand is explored.Combined with the development status of the tobacco retail industry,this paper selects the breakthrough points in the aspects of function,structure and operation mode in the design research of this topic,so as to design the intelligent tobacco retail shelf that meets the needs of users and the operation mode that is suitable for the development trend of the tobacco retail industry.With respect to the overall framework of the article,the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly describes the background of the subject and the research significance of the subject.The second chapter is the research on the theories and practices related to new retail and smart shelf,which lays a theoretical foundation for the following research.The third chapter is the research on the application of new retail-related technologies in the design of smart tobacco retail shelf,so as to better guide the design of smart tobacco retail shelf.The fourth chapter is the application of the new retail model in smart tobacco retail shelf.By analyzing the existing new retail operation model and combining with the current tobacco retail industry environment,the smart tobacco retail shelf form of this research topic is constructed.The fifth chapter is the design practice and verification,mainly carries on the verification and the practice on the research conclusion of the fourth chapter,the sixth chapter is the conclusion and the prospect,expounds the research conclusion and the research insufficiency in this topic.
