Under the background of knowledge economy, in order to cope with the market environment changes and challenges, more and more enterprises begin to try to implement customer knowledge management. However, through the study of customer knowledge management at home and abroad combing literature, found that customer knowledge management ability become a hot topic in recent years, mainly related to:Customer knowledge management capability evaluation research; The influential factors of customer knowledge management ability research; The research of customer knowledge management ability promotion; The impact of customer knowledge management ability on organization performance research, etc. At the same time, presents such a feature in practice:the enterprises with high capability of customer knowledge management have a stronger entrepreneurial orientation, in the enterprise which have a strong entrepreneurial orientation, the internal knowledge sharing can bring the development of new knowledge and the spread of knowledge within the enterprise, can improve customer knowledge management ability. Under the background of entrepreneurial orientation, lack of a study of the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and customer knowledge management capability, especially lack of study about the impacts of different dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation on customer knowledge management ability. Based on the present research situation, this study set out to build the relationship model between the entrepreneurial orientation and customer knowledge management capability, in order to make empirical research on the impact mechanism.The paper use the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and customer knowledge management ability as the main line, reviewing the related literature at home and abroad at first constructed the evaluation index system about the entrepreneurial orientation and customer knowledge management capability preliminarily, in order to carry the quantitative validation on the relationship. According to the literature review and the related survey and analysis, using innovative, proactive, initiative, risk and competition enthusiasm as five dimensions to represent the entrepreneurial orientation of venture enterprises, using process ability and environment support capacity to measure customer knowledge management capability, Based on this, build the relationship model between the entrepreneurial orientation and customer knowledge management capability preliminarily, and puts forward some research hypothesis.Through data collection and empirical analysis, draw the following conclusions:First, There is a significant positive correlation between entrepreneurial orientation and customer knowledge management capability, and each dimension of entrepreneurial orientation make a positive role in promoting customer knowledge management capability, process ability and environment support capacity; Second, each dimension of entrepreneurial orientation has strong correlation, there is a strict logical structure, the related coefficient about innovative and entrepreneurial orientation is biggest, imply that innovation is the core and key to improve the entrepreneurial orientation of the enterprise; Third, the two factors of customer knowledge management ability has a strong correlation, suggest that the customer knowledge management ability has a strong internal structure, process ability and environment support capacity has a inseparable relations and interdependence. The impact mechanism of entrepreneurial orientation and customer knowledge management has a guiding significance to effectively improve the capability of customer knowledge management. The empirical research results of this paper has theoretical and practical significance for the implementation of the management and future research.
