The "One Belt One Road" Strategy is an Important Measure for Our Country's Opening-up Strategy in the New Period. The key for deepening mutually beneficial cooperation in One Belt One Road lies in realizing unimpeded trade. What kind of structural features and trade patterns are shown in the "One Belt One Road" national trade network and what factors influence the trade are in urgent need of research and discussion.Based on the bilateral trade data of 65 countries among the "One Belt One Road" from 2000 to 2015,the paper introduces a complex network analysis method and builds the "One Belt One Road" dependence network.Using Ucinet software to analyze the changes of the overall trade scale, the characteristics of the central structure of trade networks and the factors affecting the trade network. The study found that the "One Belt One Road" trade network does not exhibit the characteristics of a "small world" The overall network size has increased by 35.13%.However,the overall trade density is not high and the network is still sparse.Central analysis shows that China,Turkey,Russia and India have high scores of degree centrality and betweenness centrality, becoming the core nation of the One Belt One Road trade network. In addition, the major exporting countries include Ukraine,Cyprus,Bulgaria,Greece,Georgia and Croatia, while the importing countries include India,Singapore,UAE,Saudi Arabia,Poland, and Egypt,Russia And Turkey are bi-directional country for import and export.China acts as an "importer" in One Belt One Road trade network.Besides,we further established a QAP regression through Ucinet, hoping to offer evidence for uncovering transactional motives. The results shown that the networks were all influenced by the chosen explanatory variables, among which the Belt and Road trade network were negatively correlated with Geographic distance,GDP matrix and Facilitate matrix while positively related to Common language matrix,Population matrix,Colonial matrix and the contiguity matrix.Specifically,Countries with similar economic levels and trade facilitation are more likely to form trade dependencies.Common language,State borders and Colonial networks are the most important factors in forming the trade relations between One Belt One Road countries,Although the geographical distance does not have a significant impact on the establishment of trade relations,it's still an important factor in the formation of a stable and dependent trade relationship. In the end, there represents the conclusions of the results, some suggestions for China's further development, and a future perspective.
