Research Of Complex Network Models On Scientific Collaboration

Study of complex networks attracted international attention in many related disciplines in recent years,has become a hot spot and cutting-edge research topics. collaboration network is one of the earliest studies of the cooperative network. As research of each node in the network,if the joint between the two researchers published a research paper, this connection between two nodes one edge,between the researchers created a complex network structure.The static analysis of statistical properties and evolution of the initial model and other aspects of the study yielded some results,but also attracted wide attention.Considering this more closely representative of discipline as the research object,select the two units of Jinan University of the database,namely《ISI-SCIE(Science Citation Index Expanded)》(PHARMACOLOGY&PHARMACY 2010)and《China Academic Journals Library Web Publication》(Medlical Technology,2005-2010),the collected data in the weighted means were constructed under the two corresponding cooperative network of academic papers,the use of network optimization algorithms,network analysis software and other algorithms and software nature of the network model features a statistical analysis,the evolution of the network model forms a preliminary study.The results show that the point of degree distribution follows power-law distribution,the higher the node clustering coefficient,average distance smaller,the study of cooperation networks have scale-free and small world and important features;Network centrality,factionalism and community structure analysis reveals the important role of network members in a high level of scientific research and cooperation in the team and their evolution and information. a summary of the finding and to strengthen exchanges and cooperation in relevant fields of research recommendations.
