In the trend of global manufacturing industry forward towards the 4.0,China's tire manufacturing companies follow the “Made in China 2025” strategic plan,opening a new path for transformation under the smart manufacturing model.The company K,a tire manufacturing company,has problems with low production efficiency and high logistics costs in the transformation and upgrading process,and it is particularly important to optimize the tire production and logistics system in the face of recent national environmental pressure and continuous pressure on natural rubber prices.This article takes K company's radial tire production workshop as the research object,aiming at the problems of unreasonable facility arrangement and long material handling route,deeply studying the optimization process of production logistics system in radial tire workshop through system layout design(SLP)and analytic hierarchy process(AHP).First,identify the specific problems in the workshop logistics system through the process characteristic combination of site visits and tire production;secondly,collect relevant data,and determine the location map of the work area through P-Q analysis,logistics and non-logistics analysis,and comprehensive relationship analysis.Combined with the unit area of each operation,three improved layout plans were obtained.Then,use the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the improvement plan,constructing each judgment matrix according to the hierarchically processed model,and calculating the solution III to solve the rational layout plan of the original workshop logistics problem.Finally,evaluating the economic benefits of the pre-and post-improvement scenarios from the perspectives of logistics costs,labor costs,handling costs,damage losses,and bank loan interest and the expected cost savings were approximately RMB 17.01 million.Therefore,the improvement program has a significant impact on the optimization of the radial tire production logistics system.The research has certain reference value for the optimization of the logistics system of the company's radial tire workshop.It is important to improve the logistics efficiency and ensure safe production,eliminate waste,improve product quality,enhance market competitiveness,and realize the strategic goals of K Company.Moreover,it also provides a valuable reference for the tire industry workshop layout.
