Research On Collaborative Management Of Supply Chain Information Based On Block Chain

With the arrival of the "big data" era,supply chain enterprises are increasingly aware of the importance of using information management technology or systems to optimize the supply chain information coordination process,tap the economic value of massive data,reduce the supply chain costs,and increase supply chain revenue.However,the traditional supply chain information coordination system is prevalent in central management and the degree of intelligence is low,which are leading to the formation of information silos between enterprises,the cross-border coordination ability is weak,the supply chain vulnerability increases,and the information coordination efficiency is not obvious.Therefore,this paper tries to establish a new information collaborative management system,which is decentralized,transparent and intelligent,through the emerging information management technology of block chain,from the perspective of collaborative optimization of supply chain information,and optimize the supply chain information coordination process,to improve the supply chain information synergies.First of all,it summarizes the current research situation of block chain,supply chain coordination and supply chain information coordination at home and abroad,and combs them,and analyzes the main methods and the shortcomings of the traditional supply chain information coordination.Secondly,according to the main contents of the traditional supply chain information coordination,the four major factors influencing the synergistic effect of supply chain information are discussed,and the four main problems and the causes are analyzed in the process of information coordination of traditional supply chain.Thirdly,considering the factors influencing the coordination of supply chain information,a solution to the supply chain information coordination system based on the block chain is put forward according to the shortcomings of the traditional supply chain information coordination,and the traditional supply chain information coordination system is carried out by using the block chain,and then the advantages of the block chain in the supply chain information coordination are demonstrated by comparing with the main contents of the optimized by purchasing,inventory and logistics information,through the construction of the Stackelberg game model,the synergistic effect of supply chain information which is based on block chain is superior to traditional supply chain.Finally,based on the specific order information coordination process of AD company,the process of block chain optimization is verified by using the technical characteristics of block chain decentralization,intelligent contract,P2 P and other technical characteristics.It validates the applicability and advancement of block chain in optimizing collaborative process of to supply chain information and synergies of supply chain information.
