| The continuous development of intelligent technology is gradually changing the travel habits of tourists, and a new form of tourism, smart tourism, has emerged. The tourism services under the smart tourism model are more personalized and intelligent. The 14 th Five Year Plan for the Development of Tourism Industry mentions the need to accelerate the construction of smart tourism. This article takes the collaborative stability of smart tourism supply chain as the research object.Firstly,it introduces the current situation of smart tourism supply chain collaboration;Secondly, based on the different modes of smart tourism supply chain collaboration,it is divided into independent development, regional smart tourism supply chain collaboration, and global smart tourism supply chain collaboration. The core stakeholders in supply chain collaboration are analyzed through stakeholder theory;Thirdly, collect relevant data on tourists’ complaints, and find that the coordination of the smart tourism supply chain has problems such as insufficient comprehensive control over OTA(Online Travel Agency),dual marginal utility in the supply chain, and some OTAs are not perfect in terms of service provision; Then,a supply chain collaboration mechanism model is constructed, and its collaborative stability point is calculated using replicator dynamic equations and simulated using MATLAB software. The results show that in smart tourism supply chain collaboration, excessive resource investment by OTA and tourism management agencies can actually reduce the collaborative stability of the supply chain; Finally, based on the simulation results and research conclusions, optimization suggestions were proposed from three perspectives: communication, allocation, and support. This article clarifies the rights and responsibilities of core stakeholders in the smart tourism supply chain, providing reference for dealing with practical issues in smart tourism supply chain collaboration. |
