A Study Of Double-network Mechanism On Knowledge Sharing In Social Q&A Website

With the development of the Internet and the era of knowledge economy,the demand for social connections and knowledge acquisition has been enhanced,and social Q&A websites that rely on social networks have become popular.The level of knowledge sharing is an important indicator to measure the sustainability of social Q&A websites.However,in recent years,with the outbreak of website scale and the addition of other competitors,the website has faced the problems of decreasing user activity and declining content quality.Exploring its knowledge sharing process mechanism has certain research value.This article chooses the social Q&A website as a research object,combines the multiple perspectives of the network,knowledge,and users,and gradually looks at the complete process of knowledge sharing in terms of network framework,knowledge flow,and user promotion,and builds a multi-perspective research model.From a variety of perspectives,the above process is dynamically described and detailedly deduced.Based on the order of generation of “user relation network & knowledge exchange network” on the path of the network framework,the knowledge flow path is based on process of “knowledge acquisitionknowledge utilization-knowledge creation-knowledge transfer-knowledge value-added”,and "social capital-knowledge-sharing will-knowledge-sharing performance" is in the path of user promotion.By integrating the derivation of the three perspectives,a multi-view fusion model is constructed,relevant assumptions are made,and further verification is conducted through actual data and empirical research.The study finds that in the social Q&A website,social capital has a role in promoting the performance of knowledge sharing,and the willingness to share knowledge plays a partial intermediary role in the above process.In addition,the network heterogeneity plays a positive moderator role in the process of social capital's willingness to promote knowledge sharing,and it plays a positive moderator role in the process of promoting knowledge sharing performance through the willingness of knowledge sharing.The research results will further guide the social Q&A website to improve the overall level of knowledge sharing and create and maintain its core advantages.
