Mobile social application as one of the most popular mobile wave applications, not only to maintain the old relationship between people, also establish new relationship. With the prevalence of mobile social network, knowledge sharing as a collective action, have taken great changes, the characteristic of mobile social networks:sociability, content service diversity, mobility, true relationship with virtual relationships, the real-time and real-field makes more and more people participate knowledge sharing, more and more widely of sharing content, thus, can extract more useful knowledge, also has the certain help to the individual innovative behavior, and its mobility can make the sharing and exchanging from people whenever and wherever possible, even fragmented time can also use. So what factors will promote knowledge sharing user moves in a circle of friends, micro-blog and other social networks, in order to allow other users to learn more knowledge? Mobile social network social capital as embedded in the interpersonal relationship resources, affect the behavior and individual innovative behavior between man and man’s knowledge sharing.On the basis of the research in the past on the social capital theory, knowledge sharing, individual innovative behavior, mobile social network, this text analysis in mobile social networks, the impact of social capital influence on the knowledge sharing and individual innovation, adduction of the social capital theory of three dimension, the knowledge sharing is divided into sharing personal knowledge, sharing learning opportunities, encourage others to learn of three types, individual innovation behavior is divided into generation of new ideas, seeking support, product three practice process, through the questionnaire survey and statistical analysis are verified. The research results:(1) the impact of cognitive dimensions of social capital in mobile social network on knowledge sharing is better than structure dimension and relation dimension; type encourage others to learn of knowledge sharing compared to shared personal knowledge and shared learning opportunity to influence intensity on individual innovative behavior is much higher;(2) social capital factors in mobile social networks that effects on individual knowledge sharing is common vision, identity, interactive relationship strength, trust, reciprocity, collectivism and value consistency;(3) social capital factors in mobile social networks that effects on shared learning opportunities is value congruence, reciprocal, interactive relationship between strength of identity, common language, collective, individual center, trust and common vision;(4) social capital factors in mobile social networks that effects on encourage others to learn is value congruence, common language, common vision, reciprocal, interactive relationship strength, common language, trust, collective and individual center;(5) generation new ideas is affected by sharing personal knowledge and encourage others to learn in mobile social network; seeking support is affected by sharing learning opportunities and encourage others to learn in mobile social network; practicing conception is affected by share personal knowledge, sharing learning opportunities and encourage others to learn.
