In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge is the most essential resource for a team or an enterprise.More and more enterprises began to pay attention to and carry out knowledge management to improve their own competitiveness.Knowledge sharing plays a key role in the process of knowledge management,and it is the core of knowledge management research.Knowledge is divided into explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge.Explicit knowledge can be recorded and expressed by symbolic or visual means.It is easy to be share with others.Accounting for the vast majority of the total amount of knowledge of the organization tacit knowledge is considered the core competitiveness of a team.Tacit knowledge is distributed in the minds of team members,condensed in the individual's behavioral habits,embedded in the organization's memory,because of its implicitness,it is difficult to be shared with other members of the team,therefore,research on tacit knowledge sharing is the core and difficulty of knowledge sharing research.To improve the core competitiveness of a team,this paper aims to discuss how to achieve the target of knowledge sharing,especially the tacit knowledge sharing by means of knowledge management.Through researching and consulting on the Offshore Heavy Industrial Electrical Design Department in Enterprise Z,this research aims to analyze the distribution and location of department's tacit knowledge as well evaluate the current level of knowledge management,and clarify the objectives and gaps of the organization's knowledge needs.Using social network analysis method,we try to find out the path of knowledge sharing and researching and construct the department's knowledge map for social relations.Meanwhile,based on the analysis of the current situation of departmental knowledge distribution and the willingness of knowledge and sharing of departmental members,the research tries to create the "knowledge sharing" module on the department's information management system,and provide the details about the design idea and function description.On the other hand,this research tries to analyze the obstacle factors and possible motivation mechanisms for individual tacit knowledge sharing,and design the knowledge sharing management system and incentive policy which are matched with the knowledge sharing management system.Based on those previous work,this research will improve a considerate and complete proposal of department's knowledge sharing research and management.At the end of this research,we will reanalyze the whole process of research,and make a future prospect of further research.
