Research On The Improvement Of Production Plan Management Based On MRPⅡ+JIT Collaboration

With the globalization of manufacturing industry,the pressure of international competition in manufacturing industry is increasing.At the same time,it brings great challenges to the enterprises,the variety of products is increasing,and the delivery time is shorter and shorter.In order to adapt to the global competition and adapt to the growing personalized demand of the market,enterprises have promoted the ability of internal production management,set up more detailed production plans,and produce more quality products in a shorter time.In view of this,how to establish a reasonable,effective and flexible production plan has become a top priority for many enterprises.In this paper,the enterprise planning system of 3C product appearance manufacturing is taken as the research object.From the management problem of "low delivery rate of order in time" and "more production surplus inventory",it combines the two ends of "the short product life cycle" and the "large fluctuation of order demand and the great fluctuation of production effective output".The essential cause of "single MRPⅡ planning model can not adapt to the demand of production management at both ends" is found by analyzing,verifying and mining the deeper causes of the problem by layer by layer analysis,verification and mining.In view of this reason,a plan model of "MRPⅡ+JIT" is put forward,and its rationality and applicability are analyzed through theoretical demonstration and quantitative verification.Thus,the optimization scheme of the existing planning system is proposed from three aspects: 1.Optimizing the existing MRPⅡ planning model to achieve the precision of planning management;two.The JIT Kanban scheduling system can be realized to realize the control of resource allocation in the process of production execution.Three,the information system and message transmission mechanism can be established to realize the rapid transmission of information and effective collaboration in the planning and execution links.So as to solve the G company's "order in time delivery low" and "inventory surplus" management problems.By combining the theory of "MRPⅡ+JIT" planning model with the actual operation of 3C appearance manufacturing enterprise,this paper solves the practical problems in enterprise management through theory guidance and practice,and explores a new path for the planning management model of 3C product appearance manufacturing and processing industry.
