| “Internet+" is another peak of the Internet era.Today the concept of "Internet+" is increasingly penetrated into all lines of work,completely changed the traditional industry business model.“Internet+” enterprise has become the favorite of the capital.In the fueling of capital,a large number of new companies based on Internet technology have emerged.The important feature of this type of enterprises are strongly innovative products and fast updating speed.However,the products are easy to imitate,which makes “Internet+” sector competition incentive.How to quickly occupy the market and train the loyal users become the basic conditions for the survival of such enterprises.To build a high-performance sales team is an important measure for the enterprise to occupy the market and customers quickly.This thesis takes Sales Department of HT Company,which is based on “Internet + logistics” background,as the case to study the problems that found in the rapid development period of the sales department and optimize the existing performance management system.It is hoped that the performance of sales can be improved and the goal of organization can be achieved through the reform of the performance management system.Using the method of questionnaire survey and interview information collection of staffs,the views of salesmen and administrators about the existing performance management system in HT company are collected and analyzed.It is found that the existing problems are imperfective performance management system,too much emphasis on short-term indicators,and insufficient application of performance results.The current performance management system can not play a good role in improving performance.In view of the problems and reasons of the discovery,some suggestions on optimizing the performance management system are put forward.From the aspects of improving performance management system,setting goals and performance indicators,implementing performance feedback and coaching,fully applying of performance results and establishing supporting system of performance management system,the performance management system of salesmen in HT company are optimized.It is hoped that there can be some references for the performance management system of “Internet+” companies,especially HT company in theory and practice through the study of this thesis. |
