Research On Overall Budget Management Based On Value Chain

Overall budget management has become an important means to enhance the competitiveness of companies in competitive market,RB Company also need to develop a low cost as an vital business strategy.With the development of market,there are some drawbacks of traditional budget,such as: Budget process is not perfect,processes and maximize of value does not match,the preparation of budget lack of uniform diameter have been gradually revealed.Therefore,the attention is paid to maximize the value of the enterprise by allocating limited resources.Using the method of overall budget management based on value chain,is an efficient method to reasonable distribute the resource of company.There is review the research on related filed and summaries the reason of value chain and budget combination.It is more impactful compared with traditional method of overall budget management.On this basis,the value chain analysis method is applied to the RB Company,and the value chain and the value activities are divided.The measure of safeguard is presented after completing the optimization of overall budget management of RB company.Finally,based on the results of theory and case analysis,we provide specific management recommendations for enterprise management practice,and propose future research directions.
