Comprehensive Budget Management Case Study Based On Value Chain HC Appliances

Since the comprehensive budget management has been used for reference by enterprises at home and abroad,it has come into being significant influence in the continuous development and played a privotal role in their long-term and stable business.Nevertheless,the economic power in China is becoming stronger and stronger,the competition is extremely fierce,and enterprises are confronted with the different living environment which is compared with the past.The traditional budget management has been no longer effective as a result of changing condition,and it is also no longer at the core in the company.What is more,comprehensive budget management in the past has gradually appeared shortcomings,which makes the company short of long-term strategic guidance,reduce effect on resource distribution and value-added in companies,also the goal of maximizing profits would be difficult to realize.Thence,it is especially important to put the value chain assimilate into the comprehensive budget management and analyze the horizontal,vertical and internal value chains.The budget objectives,preparation principles and various parts of the preparation content are incorporated into the value chain,and then use the ERP information system to improve the business process and make value increase.As a focus for literature research,case analysis and comparative analysis,this paper takes HC home appliances as a case to design the comprehe nsive budget management of HC home appliances based on the value chain.Firstly,this paper elaborates the background,purpose,significance,contents and methods of the research.Secondly,this paper studies and discourses the views of domestic and oversea scholars,and introduces the concept of the value chain,the concept of comprehensive budget management,and also the concept of comprehensive budget management based on value chain which provides the theoretical basis for the article.Thirdly,the basic situation of HC household appliances and the implementation of budget management are introduced,which can help to find out the disadvantages of traditional budget management of HC household appliances.These advantages lead to the necessity and feasibility of implementing comprehensive budget management of HC household appliances under the condition of value chain The comprehensive budget management based on value chain is designed by HC household appliances,involving the analysis of horizontal,vertical value chain and internal value chain,budget objectives,principles,programing,implementation and control,evaluation,rewards and punishments,etc.Finally,the paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the design.It can be seen from the research that the traditional budget management no longer adapt to the development of HC household appliances.The comprehensive budget management under the condition of value chain is the development trend of the company in the future,and it also hopes to provide reference for other industries to use the comprehensive budget management under the condition of value chain.
