| Since the new century,as one of the main ways of urban residents' short tour and holiday travel,rural tourism has become the first choice to relieve the pressure of urban residents' work,close to nature and relax themselves.This new mode of tourism is becoming more and more popular among the young people.The development of rural tourism has solved the problem of employment for the local residents,increased the income of the residents,and on the other hand,the development of rural tourism also made good results in the development of beautiful countryside and the result of the rural industry to the diversified development.Linjiale,one of the main forms,has also been widely recognized by villagers and consumers.Based on the analysis of the relevant literature on rural tourism at home and abroad,based on the existing research results and ideas,this paper summarizes the current situation and development trend of rural tourism in China,and then introduces the special rural tourism model of Linjiale,and the present situation and development trend of Lin jiale.The potential is also analyzed and discussed.On this basis,the development opportunities and advantages of Linjiale in Kunyu Mountain are summarized and expounded from the aspects of natural resources,ecological resources,brand construction and location advantages.The experience of the successful cases of demonstration points of Lin jiale in Kunyu Mountain is summarized,and the development process of Linjiale in Kunyu town of Yantai is made in the development process.The problems have been deeply thought on one by one,and reasons for these problems are found.From the three angles of the development of scenic spots,the layout of the tourism projects and the diversified development of the management model,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to provide a new development idea for upgrading the development of Linjiale tourism in Kunyu Mountain.Finally,according to the actual situation,from the regulation of the government's main behavior and management,the formulation and improvement of the relevant system,the strengthening of market supervision,the cultural connotation of mining tourism resources,the coordinated development of Linjiale tourism,the enhancement of publicity,and the improvement of the investment deepening operation,the development of Linjiale in Yantai Kunyu Mountain is promoted and developed.The scheme has been discussed.It provides practical guidance and planning for the development of Linjiale in Kunyu Mountain,Yantai.It is believed that Linjiale project in Kunyu Mountain and the related industry development will inevitably lead to the rapid development of local economy.It will also increase income for the employees of tourism projects,improve consumer satisfaction and realize the benign interaction of economic development and industrial upgrading. |
