| With economic globalization and regional integration,economic relationship between regions is becoming closer and closer,and coordinated development has become an inevitable trend of regional development.Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos town group is the most dynamic urban economic circle in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,which plays an important role in promoting the development of the whole region and even the western region of China,so it is necessary to study the coordinated development of Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos town group.In this paper,the index system is constructed from five aspects: supporting condition,basic condition,constraint condition,dynamic condition and strength level.By using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and grey relational analysis,the development index of each subsystem from 2000 to 2015 is calculated.Based on the Synergetic Index and the Synergetic Development Index of the whole system,the phase judgement and regionalization of the cooperative development of Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos town group are carried out.Based on the improved gravity model,the spatial pattern of cooperative development of Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos town group is analyzed.The main findings are as follows:(1)From the sub-system development index,the supporting condition subsystem,the basic condition subsystem,the dynamic condition subsystem,the strength condition subsystem development index are all rising in the four time period.In the constraint condition sub-system,the development index of the 2000-2015 year constraint condition subsystem in each county(District)is rising,except for the Donghe area is in 2004-2015 years,the Wuping flagand the Guyang county is declined in 2008-2015 years,thouth the change degree is very gently.From the comprehensive synergistic development index,the highest average value of the integrated cooperative development index in Kundulun,which is 0.50 from 2000 to 2015,but the lowest is in Qingshuihecounty,which is 0.16.Thus,There are of great differences within the town group.However,in general,the cooperative development index of Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos town group is rising,and the comprehensive synergy development index in 2012-2015 is faster than the index in2000-2003,2004-2007,2008-2011.It can be seen that the degree of cooperative development of the Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos town group has deepened in the last four years.(2)It can be seen from the stage division of the coordinated development of Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos town group that the coordinated development stage of Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos town group is between the coordination stage and the cooperant stage,in which only Qingshuihe County is in the coordination stage.There are three regions in the coordination stage,accounting for12%.There are six regions in the coauxiliary stage,accounting for 23% of the total area;there are ten areas in the coordination stage,accounting for 38%;there are 6 regions in the phase of the cooperatorate,accounting for 23%.The distribution structure of the cooperative development stage of this town group is similar to the inverted U shape.(3)According to the synergy index of Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos town group,the lowest average synergy index of Hohhot is 0.37,which is in the middle and low coordination stage.The average synergistic index of Ordos city is 0.41,and Baotou city is 0.42.Ordos city and Baotou city are both in the intermediate synergetic stage.Therefore,there are great differences in the degree of coordinated development between Hubao and Hubei.(4)Based on the spatial autocorrelation analysis of the index of cooperative development in Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos town group,it can be seen that the index of cooperative development in each year from 2000 to 2015 is more than 0,which indicates that the index of cooperative development shows the spatial characteristic of agglomeration.From the spatial agglomeration analysis of the coordinated development of Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos town group,the spatial differences among the 26 counties(districts)of Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos town group are of great difference.From the spatialdistribution map of each subsystem development index and the comprehensive synergetic development index in 2015,it can be seen that there is a great spatial difference in the comprehensive synergistic development index of Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos town group.Kundulun district and Xincheng district are high value areas.Qingshan district,Jiuyuan District,Dongsheng District,Huimin District,Ijin Horo Banner,Zhungeer Banner are sub-high value areas,Tumert Zuo Banner,Toketo County,Wuchuan County,and the United Banner of Dalhm Maomingan are relatively low value areas,Qingshuihe County,Baiyun Obo mining area,Guyang County is low value areas.From the temporal evolution of the spatial connection intensity of the coordinated development,among the counties(districts)of Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos town group,the total spatial connection amount of most counties(districts)increased significantly,except for the small increase of individual counties.According to the spatial pattern of spatial linkage intensity of coordinated development among counties(districts)of Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos town group,the change of spatial connection intensity among counties(districts)of Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos town group in 2000 and2015 is mainly concentrated in the middle.In the eastern region,the total amount of spatial links for coordinated development in 2015 was significantly higher than that in 2000. |
