With the development trend of global economic integration,competition between enterprises is also intensified,seemingly the strength of enterprises and resources between the competition,its essence is the talent competition.In recent years,the rapid development of medical and health products industry,marketing staff as the backbone of this industry,the quality of its direct impact on the quality of business and strategic objectives to achieve.Whether the marketing staff can do the job in order to achieve the development goals of the enterprise depends largely on the quality of the competency they have.In the process of recruiting staff in the marketing staff,most of the interviewers are based on the educational background,knowledge and skills and work experience to make hiring decisions,but often knowledgeable and skilled people are not necessarily good performers or job performers.The recruitment model based on competency model can solve the problem of matching of marketing personnel.It can not only improve the effectiveness of enterprise recruitment,but also reflect the scientific and systematic work of recruitment,reduce the blindness and failure rate of recruitment,Core competitiveness play a positive role.This paper first introduces the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of competency,expounds the construction method and process of competency model,analyzes the differences between the recruitment method and the traditional recruitment method based on competency model,and clarifies the competency model Secondly,the T company as an example,the use of field interviews,analysis of the company profile,marketing staff recruitment status and problems and causes,for the marketing staff to improve the job competency to do the basic work.By combing the job responsibilities of the marketing staff,selecting the analysis samples,conducting behavioral interviews,implementing the data analysis,building and evaluating the model,and carrying out the construction of the competency model.Thirdly,based on the constructive competency model,we focus on the recruitment strategy of marketing personnel from the aspects of recruitment selection.Finally,from four aspects of policy implementation of the protection.Through the research,it proves the advantages and necessity of the competency model in the recruitment of T company's marketing staff,and puts forward the opinions and suggestions on the future implementation and improvement.
