Staff recruitment is an important way for enterprises to obtain high quality talents. It has the great significance to the sustainable development of the enterprise. Therefore, the staff recruitment is one of the priorities of the work for the enterprise. Whether employees are qualified for their own work is an important sign of the success of the recruitment.Through consulting the literature, field survey and other means, this paper takes A company as an example to research the company staff recruitment management using the basic theory of competency model. It first introduced the A company recruitment of the status quo. Human resources as the company’s most important resources, is the basis for the smooth development of the work of various departments. In this paper, the basic situation of employees, age, department distribution, education and other aspects were introduced. At the same time, the company recruitment agencies, recruitment channels, staff recruitment process are described in detail. Secondly, the analysis of the problems existing in A company recruitment and find corresponding reasons. A company recruitment process problems include lack of personnel demand planning rationality,free recruitment issues outstanding,staff job matching degree is not high,the recruiter subsequent management needs to be improved. The emergence of these problems is caused by many reasons, such as the lack of scientific and effective recruitment plan and job analysis, recruitment process lack of standardized, recruitment evaluation index system is not scientific, and lack of effective recruitment evaluation system. Finally, it optimizes the A company recruitment management system. In terms of specific recruitment management system design is proposed through the establishment of effective recruitment plan and the post analysis, building a scientific and standardized recruitment process, the establishment of a scientific and objective recruitment and evaluation index system, measures to strengthen the assessment of recruitment management system.Through this research for the A company staff recruitment management system, it provides some ideas optimization of the recruitment work. It also provides some reference for other with similar problems of enterprises and in a certain extent help them solve the problems existing in the recruitment of staff.
