| Under the tide of national economic development,local economic development has become an important indicator of regional reform and opening up.The Caofeidian Industrial District,as the core area of Caofeidian,represents the development direction of the region.From 2007 to 2017,Caofeidian Industrial District experienced rapid development,in which development of port has played a decisive role.Under the background of internationalization of shipping market,port logistics has played a leading role in regional economic development.It is a key mission of the port enterprises to reasonably integrate resources,as well as reduce the logistics cost and the environment pollution.How to integrate the logistics resources of the port and realize low-cost,low-energy,high-efficiency and high-quality development of regional economy will be considered by the steersman of the region.This article makes a detailed description from the macro and micro aspects respectively through the research on Caofeidian regional logistics status and the detailed analysis of port-relied development of Caofeidian Industrial District.Based on the comparison with the logistics development status of coastal ports and the research on port logistics management both at home and abroad,the idea of building Caofeidian logistics management platform was put forward.Then comprehensive assessment of the feasibility of the logistics management platform was performed through analysis of abundant survey data.After that,a detailed design was made for logistics platform management to provide an effective guarantee for the smooth operation of the platform.Finally,it made an overall assessment on the development of regional logistics economy,and put forward new requirements for environmental improvement and social benefits,so as to promote the realization of the ambitious goals of large logistics,large ports,and large economies in the development of regional economy,relying on logistics management platform. |
