Yunnan Regional Logistics Information Platform Construction Idea

Regional logistics information platform is a multi-level, multi-structure, open and complicated platform. How to make full use of regional logistics resources to enhance regional economic competitiveness are the core difficulties of many areas in the development of regional logistics industry in the meantime, which is an important content of a smooth and healthy logistics industry in development. The logistics information is the important strategy to promote regional logistics development. Using information platform to collect, process, analyze and integrate the logistics activity each link of information produced in all aspects in timely and effectively will provide strong support to regional logistics.With the ASEAN Free Trade Area building and the development of introduction planning of modern logistics industry in Yunnan Province, the regional logistics development in Yunnan Province was put on the agenda. Information is a very important factor throughout the whole logistics process in the development of the regional logistics. How to build a regional logistics information platform, to achieve the exchanging and sharing of logistics information in the region in time and to promote the development of logistics industry in Yunnan Province ,which is the focus of this paper.First, this paper expatiate the background and the significance of the topic, and then talks about the logistics, regional logistics, logistics information platform, and other related concepts and a variety of related technologies. Finally, based on the analysis of the situation in Yunnan province of logistics enterprise information, draw the necessity, target, ideas and subject of the platform building.Based on the study of the demand of the main parties of information platform, this paper draws the functional requirements of platform. Then according to the function requirements of platform parties, this paper puts forward the whole regional logistics information platform of Yunnan and the logical structure. Meanwhile, the author discusses how to realize the logistics information platform docking and coordination of asean and the interoperability of inter-communication of the information system. Finally, several suggestions to the platform construction are raised.We all hope this paper can provide valuable reference to the practical construction of the regional logistics information platform of Yunnan.
