Research On Cultural Construction Of Hebei National Controlled Enterprise Based On Core Competitiveness

Since the beginning of the new century,many enterprises have put the construction of corporate culture at a historic height.For the construction of enterprises,most enterprises have followed suit and imitation.However,there is no substantive understanding of the functional characteristics of corporate culture,and the role of corporate culture in the core competitiveness of enterprises has not been fully realized.By combing the practice of the development of Chinese and foreign enterprises,only the enterprises with cultural advantages can have the advantages of development.Only by building an enterprise culture system with its own enterprise characteristics is the only way to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.The research of this topic can enrich the theory of corporate culture construction,and can also provide valuable reference value for the sustainable development of enterprises.This paper selects the Hebei state owned assets holding operation limited company as the sample object,designs the enterprise culture scale,and carries out the questionnaire survey,obtains the first hand survey data,and carries on the statistical analysis according to this,and takes the qualitative and quantitative analysis method to deeply analyze the enterprise's enterprise.The present situation and existing problems of cultural construction,and put forward practical measures and suggestions.The research contents of this paper are from the following aspects:First of all,comb the past research results and theories,lay a theoretical foundation for the study of corporate culture and core competitiveness of enterprises.This paper studies the inherent relationship between the two,and analyzes the mechanism of corporate culture's impact on core competitiveness.Secondly,the enterprise culture evaluation system based on the core competitiveness is used to evaluate the corporate culture of Hebei national control company with the fuzzy evaluation theory as the main measuring tool.Finally,on the basis of the previous analysis,this paper puts forward the promotion plan of the enterprise culture based on the core competitiveness of the Hebei national control company,and puts forward the relevant safeguard measures.
