Research On Constructing Enterprise Culture Program Of QingZhou Electric Power Corporation

Enterprise culture has attracted the eyeballs and been applied widely in different fields since it was introduced into China. However, there is still a gap between the theoretical investigation and the application in practice. Many enterprises pay too much attention to the external influence but little to the interior. In order to solve this problem, Firstly, this thesis approached the basic theory and practice about the enterprise culture deeply on the basis of the linking theory with practice, then evolved the mistaken ideas in their enterprise culture building by analyzing the status of China electricity industry. Thirdly, based on the questionnaire and interview, investigates and analyzes Qingzhou Electric Power Corporation enterprise culture. Analyzing those data and synthesizing two aspects content, refines the inscape of Qingzhou Electric Power Corporation enterprise culture, thereby obtains the specific proposal of the establishment of Qingzhou Electric Power Corporation enterprise culture. Last, using the theory of the enterprise culture, connecting with the development condition about the enterprise culture of Qingzhou Electric Power Corporation, the paper will bring up a Three-year Landed Residence and a system of the movement estimate (including the internal and the external), concerning the program building of the Qingzhou Electric Power Corporation enterprise culture.
