A Study On The Corporation Culture Construction Of Hunan Transmission And Distribution Construction Company

Since1980s, enterprise culture has increasingly become the subject which businesses and theorists pay close attention to. To strengthen the research on enterprise culture can increase the enterprise’s performance, benefit and management level. In modern international competitive environment, enterprise culture plays important roles in strengthen enterprise’s core competence. Enterprise culture has become an indispensable part of enterprise’s core competence. Therefore, it’s necessary to study enterprise culture to contribute to enterprise’s scientific developments.Combing the recent development and trend of modern enterprise culture and the role of the development and management of human resources of enterprises, based on the enterprise culture of Hunan Transmission and Distribution Construction Co.(HTDCC), the enterprise culture is studied deeply in the thesis. Firstly, according to its culture environment, the real situation and the problems, the problems of culture construction and development are found. Then the factors of enterprise culture are analyzed. On this basis, the strategies and tasks of enterprise culture construction is explicated under the framework of State Grid Corp.’s "Five Unifications" enterprise culture. The ideas of culture construction are formed and the overall objectives and concrete plans are proposed. This thesis also introduces the HTDCC’s culture constructions’implementation procedures and the main emphasis. The corresponding protection measures to enhance enterprise culture are put forward and the implementation effect is appraised.By studying HTDCC’s culture construction, the enterprise’s more significance and goals can be discovered. In the process, the management system and methods can be improved and the commonality and traits of enterprise’s excellent culture can be extracted. It is helpful to enhance staff quality and realize the value of enterprise. Enterprise culture construction’s longevity, integrity and complexity determine the study’s limitations. Only by keeping pace with the times, according with the development laws of the industry, continuing thinking, learning, concluding and promoting, can the enterprise form the cultures with its own characteristics.
