| With the advent of the information technology era and the internet era,the boundaries of traditional enterprises have become blurred and the cross-industry cooperation has occurred,which prompt enterprises to carry out platform-based operations and network-based ecological changes.During the transition process,the enterprises have formed ecosystems,which build up to adapt to changes in the external environment and changes in customer needs,with many cross-industry organizations.In this context,the platform-based ecosystem theory provides a new perspective for explaining the organization and management practice of the cross-industry borderless cooperation between enterprises.In recent years,the development of mount ain tourism in Guizhou is in line of this trend.The integration between the tourism,the agriculture,the industry,the culture industry,the sport industry,and the health industry continues to deepen.Producers of multiple industries begin to seek the common development in a new form of industrial organization.This paper uses platform ecosystem theory to construct the theoretical model of the platform ecosystem of Guizhou mountain tourism,tries to apply this model to the Sanchahe scenic spot,and then explores its future evolution and upgrading strategy.The paper first analyzes the characteristics,the development status and the existing problems of Guizhou mountain tourism resources,discusses the necessity and feasibility of using the platform-based ecosystem theory in the development of mountain tourism industry in Guizhou.The second chapter of the thesis constructs the theoretical model of Guizhou mountain tourism platform-based ecosystem with the species composition of the ecosystem,and then analyzes its elements and characteristics.The symbiotic relationship is the basic relationship of ecosystems.The evolution of symbiotic relationships means the evolution of ecosystems.Therefore,the entire third chapter focuses on the symbiotic relationship of platform-based ecosystems.This chapter takes the symbiotic energy as an introduction,discusses in detail the symbiotic relationship of Guizhou's mountain tourism platform ecosystem,summarizes the possible evolutionary direction of its symbiotic rela tionship,and the strategies adopted to promote its evolution.After the construction of the theoretical part,the fourth chapter selects the Sanchahe Scenic Spot in Guizhou Province as a case,combined with the previous theoretical model and the actual si tuation of the scenic spot,designs the overall framework of the Sanchahe mountain tourism platform-based ecosystem,and then elaborates its operating mechanism in three aspects: the core objectives,the platform modules and the value co-creation of tourism experience.This section aims to describe how the theoretical model can play a role in practice and explore the availability of Guizhou mountain tourism platform-based ecosystem model in specific applications.Finally,the fifth chapter discusses what st rategies should be adopted to the evolution of Sanchahe mountain tourism platform-based ecosystem.Based on the perspective of symbiotic relations,the paper proposes to increase the types of symbiotic media,deepen the degree of symbiosis between organizations,improve the fairness of symbiosis,and promote the health of the symbiotic environment as main strategies.Based on the characteristics of the ecosystem,we also propose several strategies for ensuring the openness of the system,improving the self-organization of the system,and promoting the replication of the ecosystem at the right time. |
