| Mold is the foundation of the development of manufacturing industry.It is called "the mother of industry".The overall development of the mould industry in Xinjiang is weak and the information level is low.In the country "The Belt and Road" put forward under the background of Xinjiang due to its special geographical location,adjacent to the Central Asian countries,has become a national strategic bridgehead "The Belt and Road",This provides opportunities for the rapid development of the mould industry in Xinjiang.In order to further utilize the limited resources,improve the efficiency and reduce the cost,we can quickly respond to the customer's demand,introduce advanced mould manufacturing technology in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces,and effectively develop the mould Market in Central Asia,Russia and Turkey,integrate the related industries of mould manufacturing in Central Asia,promote the cluster of mould enterprises and optimize the industrial chain,and gradually form a central Asian mold industry chain with reasonable division of labor,complete matching and close cooperation in order to promote the rapid development of mould industry,related mould supporting industry and even the whole central Asian region.In view of the present situation of the mould industry in Xinjiang,this paper analyzes the theory and practice of its supply chain,introduces advanced mold manufacturing technology,and establishes a supply chain management platform to realize the cooperative management of mould supply chain enterprises in Central Asia,to develop the mould Market in Central Asia,and to promote the mould industry and related industries in China and Asia.Rapid growth.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analyzed the characteristics and current situation of mould industry,compared and analyzed the traditional mold supply chain model and the modern mold supply chain model,and combined with SWOT analysis,the Central Asian mold supply chain is analyzed.(2)Studied the selection technology of supply chain partners,First,confirm the selection criteria of supply chain partners through theoretical analysis,Then,combined with the survey of enterprises,we set up the evaluation index system of supply chain partners,Finally,according to the selection criteria and evaluation index system of the supply chain partners,the whole process of the selection of the supply chain partners is analyzed by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).(3)Aiming at the problem of profit allocation in the supply chain,Through modeling and analyzing the cooperative game process of supply chain enterprises,the study transform cooperative game problem into simple mathematical problem.Finally,through mathematical calculation,we determine the trust degree between nodes and decide the cooperative game of supply chain.(4)Introduced the development technology of supply chain management platform for Central Asia mold in detail,Through the requirement analysis of the platform,we confirm the development route and overall development framework of the platform,Based on the overall framework of the platform, the overall design of the platform is elaborated,and the conceptual design and structural design of the platform database are completed,based on the WAMP development platform,we use the PHP development language to complete the development of the functional modules of the platform system.In this paper,the Central Asian mold industry supply chain management platform is established,the platform combine with the characteristics of Xinjiang mold industry and take the information technology as the carrier,integrate the mould enterprises in Xinjiang area,develop the mould Market of Central Asia effectively,and realize the cooperative management of the supply chain node enterprises.It provides a theoretical and practical basis for the development of Central Asian mold industry to industrialization,clustering and specialization. |
