With the rapid development of global economy, the human society’s living standard hasbeen improved greatly; however, human’s natural survival environment is being confrontedwith serious threats. When facing the shortage of natural resources and deterioratingecological environment, green supply chain management has become the hot topic and theinevitable trend of social development in the future. Though the theory of green supply chainmanagement is in its initial stage, the green supply chain management has aroused moreattention of enterprises, which are ready to implement or have already implemented the greensupply chain management. The paper mainly analyses the concept of green supply chain andgreen supply chain management, the basic theory of green supply chain network of partnerselection problem, and green supply chain coordination mechanism, then provides sometheoretical references for the green supply chain management. The main research contents canbe listed as follows:By consulting a large number of references on the green supply chain management, thispaper has summarized the basic theory of domestic and foreign scholars and has analyzedstructure of connotation and characteristics as well as the system structure of the green supplychain management, then the paper has pointed out the driving factors of the green supplychain management and the relationships among them. The green supply chain network is composed of customers, products distributors, manufacturers, suppliers and many partners. It has conversed raw materials into finishedproducts and has made the products distributed properly in order to meet with the customer’sdemands. The problem which the green supply chain design has to solve is to select suitablecooperative partners in numerous potential enterprises so as to form a green supply chainnetwork to satisfy customers’ needs, and to optimize the overall cost of the life cycle of theproducts, the time in response to the market, and the reference value of green products. Thestructure of supply chain and the whole green degree of the nets has been taken into account, this paper established the mathematical model of partner selection in green supply chainnetwork, hierarchically analyzed the green supply chain, and designed the genetic algorithmfor the problem. Then, the appropriate partner has been selected and the transport path and theamount of production and transport volume has been confirmed. Finally, a numerical exampleverified the efficiency of the algorithm in solving this problem. In order to maintain the mutual benefits in the long run, all the cooperative partners, processes and the entire green supply chain network must be coordinated as well, and the longstrategic cooperative partnership with each other should be built, and then form a greensupply chain network alliance. At the same time, facing the different market demands for green products, they should constantly select and adjust the green supply chain network ofpartners for keeping strong competitive. Based on improving the problem of the dramaticshortage of natural resources and the worsening ecological environment, hierarchicalcoordination mechanism of green supply chain network is proposed, namely the static anddynamic game with perfect information between government and chain network alliance ofgreen supply chain, namely tripartite static and dynamic game with perfect informationamong government, chain network alliance of green supply chain and consumers. Finally, thecorrectness of the game among government, chain network alliance of green supply chain andconsumers, these conclusions have been verified via exemplification.
