With economic globalization and the user needs personalized, supply chain faces competition increasingly fierce, compared with the traditional supply chain, the characteristics of agile supply chain has quickly seize fleeting opportunities of emerging markets, is the a very advanced scientific management methods. Agile supply chain partner selection problem is an important issue in Agile Supply Chain Management cannot be avoided. In view of this, to carry on the agile supply chain partner selection research has a very urgent practical significance. This paper first to conduct the thorough research to the domestic and foreign research present situation, summarizes the current problems existing in the research. On this basis, introduces the concept and characteristics of agile supply chain, and the processes and methods of agile supply chain partner selection are described; Secondly, according to the principle of partnership to build evaluation system as well as the characteristics of agile supply chain, to build a scientific and comprehensive cooperation partner selection evaluation system, and on this basis to establish an agile supply chain partner selection model based on the maximum and minimum ant colony algorithm; Finally, the choice of a partner in the project manufacturing supply chain proved agile this article reasonable validity of the proposed model and algorithm for agile supply chain partner selection problem provides an effective model algorithm.
