Along with our country macroscopical policy control and telecommunication industry reform,and 4G network development and promotion,intensify the telecommunication market competition.Facing the current situation of homogeneity of telecommunication market products,imitation of promotion strategy and fierce competition,social channel becomes an important force for telecommunication enterprises to obtain competitive advantage.In order to improve the management of social channels,improve the management of social channels and obtain more customer resources,HS telecommunications from the theory of social channels management,from the channel structure,behavior,relationship theory analysis,analysis and research of the general management of HS telecommunications channels.First of all,based on the literature about the management of marketing channels and the research of marketing channels in the carrier,the related concepts and theories are described.Secondly,using channel structure management,behavior management and relationship management to analyze the social channel construction environment of HS telecommunications.According to the relevant knowledge of the above theory,the corresponding strategies of the social channel management of HS telecommunications are elaborated in detail,and the results are analyzed and evaluated.Finally,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of social channels of HS telecommunications and puts forward the relevant management suggestions and measures.
