The development of China's hotel industry,always closely follow the pace of China's economic development.Along with the rapid development of China's economy,the level of China's national income has been continuously improved,which has led to the rapid development of China's tourism industry.With the rapid development of tourism,the development of the hotel industry,especially the rise of resort hotels in recent years,there has been a more vigorous development momentum.However,with the gradual increase in the number of new resort hotels,how can they stand out among many competitors,win the favor of the market,and obtain the expected operating income?The realization of sustainable development is a prominent problem facing holiday hotels.In the course of conducting business and management activities,we have obtained a large amount of first-hand operational information and data and,in conjunction with specific operational practice,have brought about a scientific integration between theoretical analysis and operational practice.The results of this study,in the research phase has been re-operating practice has been applied for the White Stone Mountain Resort marketing strategy formulation and implementation of effective guidance.In the research process of Baishishan Hot Spring Resort Hotel,the author first carried out a more detailed analysis and research of the hotel marketing status,find out the main hotel marketing in the current stagewith SWOT analysis method,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and threats facing the hotel,and points out the hotel's market positioning and marketing management ideas.Product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy,marketing strategy and so on,in order to improve the Huazhong holiday hot spring hotel market competitiveness and profitability,to achieve sustainable development of the hotel.
