Nearly two years since the service industry is more and more attention,hotel industry,especially in high-grade hotel industry has become the investment field of all kinds of capital high attention.JD resort hotel is located in Beijing east big factory industrial park,adjacent to Beijing and tianjin,can be expected in the near future,JD resort will face more fierce market competition.So the marketing strategy of JD resort planning and design,to improve the JD resort hotel service quality and economic benefit is of great importance.Based on JD resort as the research object,this paper adopts literature review,on-the-spot investigation,the research method of questionnaire and comparative study of JD resort hotel marketing management aspects of the research,the research conclusion is: a JD resort hotel marketing work need from several aspects to obtain,according to the enterprise actual situation,should be a clear market positioning,and select the target market;2 in the process of development,must adhere to highlight the characteristic hotel brand,use of local unique cultural characteristics,to promote the hotel product project,enhance consumer loyalty and recognition to the hotel.To clarify the division of jobs,put the marketing work in place and implement effective marketing organization guarantee.Only in this way does the JD holiday inn stand out in a competitive market.
