Study On The Development Strategy Of Parking Lot Of Ecotype In Qinhuangdao City

With the city itself to continue to develop and the unbalance development of urban resources supply and demand,a scientific planning of the city is necessary for today's development.Planning and Design of Parking Lot of Ecotype in Qinhuangdao City,Is based on the development of urbanization and the overall development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperation.From their own urban land and climate development conditions,taking advantage of the situation,improving their own hardware,especially for the green ecological construction construction function,strengthening the management of itself,and coorporating with other management departments,consistent with other facilities,are the idea of collaborative advance.Combined with the actual development of the city,this article is based on the above starting point,and then constructs Evaluation Index System of Development Plan of Motor Vehicle Parking in Qinhuangdao City,analyzes metrics and weights,coming out the policy of urban development depends on the protection of policy measures.They are: making full use of existing resources,optimizing the interior layout of the car park;achieving green development,the parking lot into the overall layout of the city;implementing of summer parking integrated management,optimize the location of the parking lot location;various management departments work together to follow up on other infrastructure in the city.Based on the above four aspects,given the parking lot of ecotype from the overall situation,to achieve scientific and green development can be used to protect the measures.
