Along With the continuous improvement of computer science and technology, the modern enterprise is facing the challenges such as:globalize, diverse, the informationization transformation and so on, compares with the former enterprise, the modern enterprise's transformation and the challenge have the complexity and the uncertainty. Because the enterprise adapts the environment ability day by day with information resource how many which grasps and the process information ability strong and the weak is closely related, caused the human resources informationization construction to receive more and more values, and has had the profound influence continually to human resources management and even the enterprise development. In order to the application information technology introduction human resources management system, the domestic many enterprises or had already made the human resources informationization construction transformation. Under this situation SD Corporation also has carried on many times, the lasted long attempt, the result is each kind of independent human resources management system's coexisting, although increases the investment, but the managerial effectiveness has not achieved the anticipated result. This article through the literature search theoretical basis, using investigation and study method, introduce the enterprise human resources management informationization's development present situation. According to the results of this research, the authors suggests on how to promote the further development of human resource management information, and discussed on the adaptability and feasibility about it.This article characteristic is:According to the demand analysis, the human resources strategy management goal, carries on the design discussion to this enterprise's human resources management information system. Moreover, the key point straightens out the operation flow, gives the improvement comment, which has reference for other group enterprise human resources information system planning.
