In recent years,with the continuous improvement of people's living standards,their awareness of insurance has been also increasing.In the social environment with the popularization of the internet and other new technology,China's insurance industry has also been developed rapidly.At present,it has been gradually transformed from the growth period to stability period.As insurance company integrating knowledge,technology and intelligence,the most important factor to enhance its core competitiveness is the effective investment in human resource management.Performance management,the core link of human resource management,has been widely concerned by many enterprises and research scholars.Play an important role in promoting business development of the company and enhancing the core competitiveness of its market,having a scientific and rational internal performance management system and procedure and working out the performance appraisal indicators that are in line with the actual situation of enterprises.In the current property insurance market,the size of BN insurance company is relatively large.In recent years,Shandong branch,BN company's subordinated secondary institution,driven by Car insurance,whose scale of insurance grows rapidly,and has ranked second among property insurance companies in markets.In order to guarantee excellent after-sales service,the company is staffed with a professional claims team.However,in the actual work,due to the imperfect performance management,there is a poor staff satisfaction.The flow of operating personnel is very frequent and the proportion of new employees is becoming higher,resulting in a series of problems,such as,the company's claims service not keeping up with the customer's expectations,claims service strategies not being effectively implemented,basic operation not being properly performed and claim cost becoming increasingly high,etc.Therefore,optimizing the company's performance management system becomes an urgent issue.Based on the current situation,the paper has comprehensively discussed and analyzed status quo of the performance management of Shandong Branch of BN insurance companUnder the theory of performance management,etc.and referring to a lot of relevant research data and practical cases to learn lessons from performance management in domestic and foreign insurance counterparts through questionnaire survey and interview.On this basis,taking full account of the actual psychological needs of the staff,this paper presents an improvement program in seven aspects,in order to improve employee satisfaction and lay a good foundation for the company to provide better services,thus enhancing the core competitiveness of the Company's insurance business,and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the company.
